Klar gibt es Unterschiede, gelegentlich sogar Missverst\u00e4ndnisse. Es gibt aber auch wahnsinnig viel zu lernen: Oft muss man \u201edas Rad gar nicht erst neu erfinden\u201c. Viele Dinge lassen sich voneinander \u00fcbernehmen, mit leichten, l\u00e4nderspezifischen Anpassungen. Was in Frankreich, Spanien und Italien gut funktioniert, muss nicht zwingend auch in Deutschland, D\u00e4nemark und Schweden gut ankommen.<\/h5>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div><div class=\"su-divider su-divider-style-default\" style=\"margin:15px 0;border-width:3px;border-color:#999999\"><\/div><div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p>F\u00fcr europaweit \u00fcber 1.000.000 Kunden arbeiten wir in allen unseren Niederlassungen Hand in Hand zusammen. Und das haben wir f\u00fcr Sie in unserem RajaMood Film einmal bildlich dargestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Zugegeben: Der Film entstand anl\u00e4sslich unserer Jahrestagung Anfang des Jahres. Der Hintergedanke: Jede Niederlassung bef\u00fcllt den Raja Karton mit einem Gegenstand, der die t\u00e4gliche Arbeit symbolisiert. Keine \u00dcberraschung daher, dass eine ganze Menge Verpackungskataloge im Karton landeten. Innerhalb der Raja-Gruppe haben Kunden unser \u201eNachschlagewerk\u201c\u00a0 den Katalog nat\u00fcrlich in ihrer jeweiligen Landessprache auf dem Schreibtisch.<\/p>\n<p>Grosser Beliebtheit, besonders bei den Kolleginnen im S\u00fcden Europas, erfreute sich auch die Tragetasche in verschiedenster Ausf\u00fchrung. Frauen und Taschen \u2013 es war einfach schon immer ein Thema \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Belgien mit der Warnweste seine besondere Rolle in der Lager-Logistik innerhalb der Gruppe pr\u00e4sentiert, wurde in vielen Niederlassungen zu Headset und Klebeband gegriffen.
